How to locate Us?

Once you clear Bermuda Immigration, collect your luggage clear Customs and locate the Pre-Arranged Transportation Area. This area is on your left, go outside the double glass doors. Our ticket counter is located outside of those doors.

What services do you provide?

We provide destination management services, private and shared ride shuttles, island wide tours, private transfers,  to and from the L.F. Wade International Airport to any destination.

How do I cancel my ride?

We understand your travel plans may change, so we offer a simple cancellation policy. Regardless of whether you made your reservation online, via mobile app, or by dialing 1 (441) 293-0303, give us twenty-four hours  notice prior to your pickup time (Atlantic Standard Time) A refund is permitted minus the convenience and banking fee. No refund is permitted under twenty-four hours for no-show. If you booked through a travel agent please contact them.

When are you open?

We provide 24/7 services along with normal office hours 9:30 AM-4:30 PM. Outside of normal office hours we provide our field service personel telephone numbers for your easy reference.

Bringing Extra Luggage or Boxes?

If you’ll be bringing extra items with you as part of your luggage like golf clubs, a bike, or large items that go beyond the standard size luggage allowed call or email us and speak to one of our agents. Items outside of normal dimensions are subject to an additional charges.  To avoid disappointment we encourage giving us advance notice.
